Mr. O’Toole’s practice focuses on the defense of German and Swiss manufacturers in products liability litigation in the United States. Prior to attending law school, Mr. O’Toole resided for several years in Switzerland and speaks fluent German and French. He received his law degree from St. John’s University in 2007 and his B.S. degree from St. John’s University in 2000.
